Directions:

Define lips and prevent lip color from bleeding or feathering by lining and filling in the entire lip area. Follow with your lip product of choice. To create fuller lips, apply pencil along the outer edge of the natural lip line and fill in with color. To make lip appear smaller, apply pencil just inside the natural lip line.
